In our experience, the body can't repair until the mind gives the signal that 'it's safe to recover'. This signal can get a little lost if you are feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, anxious or depressed.
We work with your physical body, finding the absolute base line for you to begin working to recondition, breathe better and ease yourself in a way that does not trigger a stress response.
The goal of the programme is to help you re-engage with joy, connection, fun and gratitude. Our soul needs these experiences to help us start an upwards spiral of health.

We work to create an active peer support group that will be there when you need them. We all need to know we are not alone, especially when things are tough and the Fern Programme can really help you feel connected.
We support you as you develop those all important green shoots of recovery and teach you how to nurture them so that they don't disappear.
Group coaching with Suzy Bolt will help you to identify where you are right now, help you focus on what you do want, and work out what else you can do to help yourself.
We know recovery can feel like a game of snakes and ladders, some days you are up at the top and then suddenly you are back down at the bottom rung again.
